These are unprecedented times and we hope that you, your colleagues and families remain well.
As the situation develops at pace, I wanted to let you know about some of the measures we have taken to ensure the operation of our service and the health and safety of our colleagues.
Call2Teams service unaffected
As Call2Teams is a cloud service it is unaffected by the physical location of users and thus our service is unaffected.
In fact Call2Teams can actually help companies who need to implement a home working programme by very quickly connecting their PBX to Microsoft Teams allowing staff to use Teams as a handset from home.
How we can help
We have taken the step of extending our 30 day free trial from up to 25 users to up to 100 users enabling all small businesses to quickly implement Microsoft Teams as their handsets from home.
Call2Teams can be up and running in hours so please speak to one of our partners if you would like to take up this offer.
Our teams are working remotely
Since last Friday our teams have been working from home. A culture of working from home is embedded at Call2Teams so you should experience no change in service levels. You will be able to reach the teams using the same telephone numbers and email addresses as usual.
We’re very proud of the resilient and robust design of our core infrastructure. With this in mind, we foresee no negative impacts as more of our customers adopt remote working practices indeed remote working is at the very core of Call2Teams.
We will be conducting ‘business as usual’ across our whole business, but will of course update you should this change.
If you have any questions, please contact your Account Manager, and they will be happy to help.
My best wishes to you all at this difficult time.
